Target interview process at my store very simple. They ask questions that you can find on YouTube and prepare with watching YouTube videos, which is what I did. The questions weren’t difficult at all.

Quick and easy. Just spoke with hiring manager. In and out in 20 minutes. Super friendly, they're just checking to see if you have a pulse and hold a quick conversation
Pretty much need a reference or show up on the right day to get an interview. Seems a little much for the task at hand but overall very simple online interview.
