The interview process, apply to job ad. Followed by on site interview, which involved skillet for the job and communication skills, and other job related skillsets need for the job. Then a call back for a second interview.
In person interview with manager and assistant manager. They each asked a handful of questions about availability and dealing with customers. Follow up was timely but I didn't want the job
easy interview, behavioral questions mainly, taiolered around customer service. Also how you would work a register. It was brief, maybe 10 minutes. But I suppose it depends on the interviewee
