The interview was really easy they asked a lot of what would you do in this situation. They like it when you have open availability. They will ask you if you are willing to be trained in other positions and they love it when you say yes.

Tell me about a time where you handle conflict at work or school.
I anpplied online and did a video interview (not live). I was then contacted about my availability and asked to come in for orientation and was immediately hired. Very easy process.
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
