Very long process began with phone interview with HR employee, which was just informal questions. 1 hour online skills test was required before a formal phone interview with the same HR person. Next was an in-store interview with a STL. Following this was an interview with a DTL and different HR employer. Last interview was over the phone with a higher up HR employee, followed by an offer several days later. At every step, there were behavioral questions and specific STAR based questions that were to be answered in a specific manner. Overall, the interview process is much longer than necessary, should be combined into a superday instead of being spread out over 2 months.
