Answer a questionnaire and if you pass it, then there is a video interview that asks you 5 questions and few multiple choices. The videos are recorded and you have three tentatives

How would you face a rude costumer, how to deal with colleagues with different ideas from yours
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
