Depending on where you're located, it's either in person or in my case, a video interview. A bunch of scenarios based questions. They offer a practice questions just so you know what to expect.

If a customer had a problem with something, how would you resolve it?
Applied online and completed an online video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions. You had three retakes before you had to submit the final version. After I got a call with minimal questions and offered the job.
Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there
