Can be a harder retail interview to have but not bad by any means. Definitely, take them more serious than some other retail jobs I have had in the past. They did 2 rounds of interviews that were cultural and scenario based.

Video recorded responses to questions with multiple attempts to review and redo before submitting. This is followed by a email to schedule a short phone interview to confirm availability. Be sure of your availability before agreeing to it because it will be locked in for months.

Working at Target worked out as they would be flexible to accommodate my growing family needs. If there was anything I needed to discuss, I felt free to do so with my manager at that time.
