Three interviews. First one was with the recruiter over the phone , the second one over zoom with the store director and the third one with the HRBP and DSD over zoom. Both zoom interviews were fairly 45 minutes long. Very easy and all were smooth and personal.

When was there a time that you made sure everyone felt an inclusive environment. How did you make sure all team members were heard.

Interviewed 4 rounds, was transparent each time about being available to start asap, looking for immediate employment etc. At the end of the 4th interview, I was told there was no opening for the role I was applying for, but they were willing to hire someone for the bench, but "only if they were the right fit," but they also were not in any hurry. I asked why this wasn't disclosed earlier, and they did not have an answer. A week after my final interview, I received an automated rejection letter. I would have hoped after 4 rounds of interviews, that I could have received personalized feedback regarding the decision, but I was not given that courtesy.

Applied online. I received an email to choose an interview time based on the recruiter’s availability. Interview was a phone call. I was a little surprised it wasn’t a video interview. Recruiter was professional. I declined to go to next steps after I heard the schedule expectation.

There was a minimum of 5 interviews which is way too much. You should know by a maximum of 3 interviews if the candidate is correct or not. I’d recommend revamping the process to allow for a better candidate experience.
