Easily submit your application on their website. If interested, they will send you a video interview invite. This process is simple. You answer 6 questions and you get 3 tries before submitting each question. Someone will call you to verify your availability. The HR leader will call you regarding the job offer and set up your orientation date.

Describe how you learn and adjust when an experience does not turn out expected.
Super easy it consists of a couple of questions and you record yourself answering them. So I would say it was pretty easy I would recommend it. I would also say that they tend to respond very quick to applications but I guess it depends when they are short staff

What would you do if a guest asks help and your working on a timed task what do you do?
It’s an online interview with a set of easy questions and it’s straight forward and easy to answer and doesn’t take too long maybe like 20 minutes and you hear back fast

The whole process was automated by the system. I got the interview invitation (recording interview) by automatic message. And after a while I received the offer by phone call. (no offer mail by written format)
I inquired about the other branch transferring system, and I got rejected because of my inquiry.
