Curious what exactly is the Target in Cambridge, MN is looking for in an employee. Finally get an interview and felt it went well. I then received the generic response back that they were going with other candidates. I am a young gal with some retail experience who is applying for entry level positions and not given the opportunity to prove myself. Maybe I am TOO normal looking?
