Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Target (Albany, CA) en ene 2015
Entrevista
A recruiter called me a few days after I submitted my application and asked me why I wanted to work at target. I scheduled an interview for a week later. Due to lack of communication between me and the recruiter, I went to the wrong target at first. When I got to the right place, I waited 10-15 minutes before was called in for an interview. The interview went well. The interviewer and I talked a lot and he seemed to like my responses. Once we were finished, he told me to wait for the second interview. After about 10-15 minutes the second interviewer came. This interview was less friendly. She seemed like she was in a rush and cut my off in the middle of my responses. A few days later, I received an email saying I did not get the job.

It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

I answered 5 recorded interview questions and 1 Q&A. You get 2-3 mins to answer the 5 questions, and the Q&A has no time limit, it was surprisingly easy to prepare myself for.
