First I had a phone interview with a recruiter. The phone interview was pretty easy. As long as you know how to hold a conversation, they will most likely bring you in for a interview. When they asked me to come in, they told me to expect about 2 hours of interviewing. However, the whole process took about 4 hours. At first they told me that I will interview with 2 people, I ended up interviewing with 4. I first interviewed with a recruiter, and then a store team leader. After that, I interviewed with a District team leader. When I interviewed well and they liked me, they had me interview with a vice president. That was definitely cool. In between interviews, they had me wait in a breakout rooms. For other candidates, the recruiter kept telling them that they will "assess" or "reassess" their application and they will get a call. Though I am not sure, I feel like they were strong enough candidates and were sent home. I think that a key to a successful interview is just being natural. Don't force it but be just hold a natural conversation. Answer the behavior questions in a STAR format and tie that into how that could be applied in a target store. Don't forget to ask good questions and DEFINITELY ask them about their previous experiences. You want to interview the interviewer -- Let them talk about themselves.
