Passed the initial resume screening process, went on to the face to face interview at an on-campus location. In the waiting room-type area, they had planted another Target employee who was there to "answer questions", although she was really there (in all likelihood) as another layer of screening to see what kind of person you were, meaning you should probably strike up some sort of conversation with that individual. The actual interview was behavioral in nature, with two people there tag-teaming the whole thing, which was quite annoying because you couldn't look the person who asked you the question in the eye during your answer since they were busy writing down your answer. You need to be very specific with your answers, otherwise they'll ask if you could expand on a particular answer, which means you haven't satsifactorally answered it yet, which is a bad sign. They also don't seem to give you any kind of feedback with their body language, it's always positive so you could be blowing the whole thing and they'd act like you were the best candidate they've seen all day long.
