Entrevista
This was a phone screening with a recruiter. The recruiter was friendly, clearly defined the role, and was able to answer specific questions about the role and location I applied for. The phone call lasted 30 minutes, they gave me a lot of time to ask questions and asked questions to understand behavioral style.
Mock interview first to practice. Started off with introduction and why we want to work at target. What do we have to bring to the table. How can you lead a team.

Entrevista
The recruiter called me and asked if she could ask a few questions. I thought it was to schedule an interview, but it was the actual interview. She called me, and I was not prepared as I would typically be. I felt unsettled and on the spot.
