Behavioral phone, Technical phone, On-site Interview. I met them at Grace Hopper Celebration and then on campus and connected well the recruiter and stumbled my way into an interview.

What are two methods you would overload in Java when writing your own object?
There was a recruiter phone screening, then a final video interview with the recruiter giving a short presentation about the company, followed by several rounds of interviews with engineers (both behavioral and technical questions).
Received offer after internship. Easy conversion to full time after doing well enough during their summer internship, had to meet their benchmarks. Got summer internship from university campus recruiting where the questions asked on-campus were behavioral and not that challenging either.

Entrevista
First step: Recruiter interview. Next: two technical interviews with senior engineers, either by phone or onsite. Final interview was with a senior engineer. The entire process was positive for me. I really felt connected to their company culture, and unlike other companies, I was respected by these engineers. I got 5 offers out of graduation and I chose Target because they treated me with respect and their engineers fit the culture that I am looking for.
