I applied online. I got an e-mail telling me to call the store and set up an interview. I went in and spoke to the shift lead for an interview. About a week and a half later I got a phone call offering me the position. My background check went well and now I am hired.

What was one time you interacted with confidential information and how did you handle it?
Video interview followed by a phone interview (a conversation). Not everyone has to do the phone one, depends on the manager that watched your video. They are pretty friendly in person. The actual first interview was through an AI powered software.

Received online interview with AI while I was filling out the application. It was an easy application, mainly filling out the usual information. Did not hear anything back after submitting it though.

There were multiple interviews in the Target interview process. The people were friendly. The questions were reasonable. The process took too long so I withdrew my application. 30 word requirement is too long.
