First interview- was good, interviewer seem to have liked me. She told me I'd hear back in a week or so if I've moved onto Phase B. I waited at the team training room for over an hour, until another person who was being interviewed up. She told me she was 40 minutes late to hers, but I didn't get my interview yet.. awkward. Second interview- apparently I moved on, and so did the person from last interview even though they were late. It goes to show how lenient they are, I guess. This person continues to tell me that she was just looking for any job and it didn't care what position. I felt somewhat defeated since, how did someone with no passion and was late to their interview get this far? The second interview was done with an "executive" (she referred herself as such) who was also late to interviewing me, but only 30 minutes this time. I filled out an availability form and she moved on to ask me about myself. She seemed really uninterested about me over all after I had mentioned to her that I have minimum experience in the HR field. And that was that. Overall quite unprofessional of the team. I would've still taken the job to gain experience, but I guess they chose someone who has trouble getting to interviews on time, just like them versus myself who was early.

Initial phone screen and then was invited for an on-site interview with standard "what is your weakness/biggest strength" type questions. The most annoying part was having a specific interview time but since they bring in all of the candidates at once it ended up starting 30 minutes late.
