Ist interview amazing offered the job for $11 hr turned it down cause was already making $14 at a lower level for a different company. They called me asking if I would interview for a key holder position and of course I said yes cause I loved the companies atmosphere (family oriented) just what I was looking for. Had 2 phone interviews 2weeks later met with the store manager. Thought it went well was waiting for interview with District Manager. A week and a half went by. Called the recruiter who originally called me about position, he said he would look into what was going on. 4 days later I again reached out to recruiter again he said hopefully I would hear by the end of the week. Told him I had to let 2 other offers now that day, he then sent me another email saying they decided to go with someone else and I should have received an email telling me that??! Guess what I got today an email telling me that!!! 2 months of interviews and waiting. Great system Target!!! Maybe they care about their employees but they certainly don't care about the potentials. Your lose!
