One of the worst interview experience in my career. They shared case study question one day before the interview. I have built MVP with all the requisite they mentioned before the interview day itself. On the interview , they called me after 2 hour for the discussion. We had a good discussion on the targeted system design and various components for this problem. Explained all different modules to be built and platform details. Code walk through and demo also went well. Later , I got shocked when HR informed me that I didn't clear this interview. I double checked with HR whether she is mentioning me or not. Interviewer(not mentioning his name) really needs to boot up to improve his interviewing skill. I'm not telling this because I got rejected; telling from the good experience of I'm on the other side (being an interviewer). Please put more effort in improving interviewing skill of panels( I saw the interviewer is going through facebook posts when he asked me to code a additional feature).
