Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Target (New York, NY)
Entrevista
I had originally applied for another position, but after talking to the leaders I was shifted over to interview for this UI position. I had a phone screen and then was invited for an on-site interview. The on-site consisted of three interviews, one was technical and discussed a case study assignment I was given prior to the interview.

Entrevista
45 min Initial Telephonic round:
Pretty much covered on current work, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS and Web2.0 Standards, Data Structures and Algorithms.
As soon as interview completed got call from HR saying you are cleared the interview.
F2F at Target:
This is completely weird round, he asked just 4 questions very basic questions in JavaScript and ReactJS, out of 3 questions are JS and one is from React. I answered those questions. After that he simply said there are multiple interviews happening today, HR will give a call and tell you if you are shortlisted and asked me to leave. I gave a call to HR and asked what happened and she checked and told me you were not cleared the round. I just wondered bcoz I am pretty sure that my answers are absolutely correct, that too questions are very basic. Out of my curiosity I gave a call to HR and explained how easy that interview and asked what is the reason behind rejection, she told I didn't get any specific feedback from him, I will let you know in the next week.
Overall:
1) HR was very responsive and polite.
2) Telephonic round has much better questions than F2F.
3) Felt like F2F interviewer don't have much knowledge in JavaScript and React.JS for that matter
