      One of the quickest interview processes I have ever went through in my life. Applied on Tuesday, email asking to set up phone screen on Wednesday, Phone screen with recruiter on Thursday, Interview with DTL, STL, APBP Friday morning, Job offer in Afternoon. Interview asked about strengths and opportunities. Tell me about a time scenarios meant to understand your behavior in leadership opportunities. Research the STAR interview method to prepare (Situation Task Action Result) Have 5-7 Power stories ready to go before the recruiter calls you.

      interviewed with Recruiter on the phone. Next step is in person interview with the Business partner(district manager)and Store manager. I felt the interview went really well. They interviewed me very fast about 15-20 min. Either they made it fast, because they already had someone lined up for the position, or they they did not like something about me right away.

      Received email from regional recruiter. Responded back and had informal interview same day. Set a formal interview for the following week. In person interview with store manager and Asset Protection Business Partner 2 weeks later, had avery positive experience and was forwarded to final interview with Regional Asset Protection Director and District Store Manager. Was very positive and seemed to go well. I did not hear anything for over a month. Sent emails and phone calls but no one responded. Come to find out position was filled by a lateral. Thought it was very unprofessional not to hear anything, whether positive or negative

      Had the typical HR Phone chat to see if they wanted to move forward with in person interviews. Had a total of two in person interviews and one more phone interview. All interviews were basically the same; “Tell me about a time........” behavioral based questions
