I had five interviews over the course of two days. The questions from each interviewer, save one who was more informational, were various behavioral interview questions. All of the interviewers were friendly and encouraging--the questions were really difficult sometimes and I hadn't anticipated they would be quite this intense! I can tell you that the people all seemed to enjoy their jobs and working for this company; if you are really interested in working for Target, I would suggest boning up on behavioral interview questions and coming with some enthusiasm!
