Applied online and got called for an interview. Had a 1:1 interview with their HR intern at the time and they asked about 4 pages of situational questions. As in what would you do if [insert work related situation]
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
