I applied at the Target store and about 3 days later I got a call from them for an interiview. The first interview consisted of simple questions such as what can you bring to Target and why should we hire you? The second interview was questions about yourself, they wanted to see your personality. After the two interviews i was told to wait in the waiting area. A few minutes later I met the HR and she basically gave me a breakdown of my salary and other information of my duties. I was told to go get a drug test i passed it and i was able to get the job.
