Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Target (San Diego, CA) en may 2012
Entrevista
Very simple interview. Applied online on a Monday. The following Thursday I was called for an interview. Started at 9:00am I came in and talked with a Sales Floor Team Leader. Was ask typical questions "why did you choose Target," "have you ever worked in retail." After that about 3 other young people and I (I specified young 18-27 because that's the main social demographic I saw for a long time) where asked to go into the employee food room where we waited for the next step. Next the L.O.D (lead on duty) interview each of use individually with more I depth questions like "what would you do if a guest (because they don't use customer) is upset," or "you find out your out of a product what do you tell the guest." After that I was told about the open policy rule, and that "target cares about their employees." And lastly I was offered a position on the spot.
Easy question and answer, felt honest and geniune. There were two back to back interviews, first with a team leader, then the executive lead. Not long after this I was given an offer.

Easy, quick, to the point. Not as stressful as I imagined. Initial interview followed by two more. Final interview was with HR ETL. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend to prepare, but not over prepare.
