This was the worst interview I ever had, and that says a lot. Because I never had a bad interview before. Hiring Manager was late into the call for 5 minutes and disappeared twice during the entire 18 minutes session. (Also the shortest interview I ever had). Apparently, he had some house renovation, which goes to show how much care he has for the interview to schedule it in the same time. Not only that, he was not interested to engage also at all. When asked questions, only reply with a short 1 sentence per question. The call ended with me totally shocked and dumbfounded. If you don't want to interview the person, then don't advance them and waste their precious time.
