Got contacted by a recruiter, then had a phone call with the hiring manager (about 1 hour long) and finally had 3 phone interviews with different engineers (also around 1 hour each) mostly doing coding questions. After having spent about 5 hours in interviews I got a rejection email from some automated recruiting system saying: "After reviewing your experiences carefully, we’ve decided that your background isn’t quite the fit we’re looking for in this specific role." No meaningful explanation was given why they wasted so much time figuring out that I was not a fit for this role. Why they even contacted me in the first place? Very unprofessional recruiters/HR on the Tanium side who don't value candidate's time as well as the time of their own engineers.

Their tech recruiters are about as useless as a screen door on a submarine. I applied for a position I was fully qualified for, got rejected and told to rework my resume and reapply. I did so and got rejected again with zero feedback.
