I went through 5 separate interviews for this position, 4 video and 1 in person at their headquarters in Emeryville. Overall it was very straight forward, and very technical especially early on in the process. After the technical panel interview (#3) everything seemed very cultural based though, and was all about willingness to learn and work with other people. The co-founder/CEO is very into this idea.
