One of the worst recruiting processes I’ve ever experienced. The entire process took over a month and consisted of phone calls and separate rounds of in person interviews, all resulting in a complete waste time. The worst part was the disorganization of the entire process. The recruiter more than once sent emails at 4am to confirm interviews and once onsite, the interview schedules and people I was meeting with completely changed. It also took forever to hear back after each stage in the process, leaving very little transparency after all the time you spent. Once there, employees complained how busy they are. You have to ask yourself, if employees are so busy that they are complaining and sending emails at 4am, is this somewhere you really want to work?
