Most interviewers were late and one didn't even show up.
There was obviously no interview plan because they asked the same generic questions
I watched videos and read articles about Tanium, but it wasn't needed because there were zero questions about how much i knew about the company and/or industry
If you're interviewing for a recruiter position, just be extra friendly. They're looking for a culture fit only.

Why are you looking to leave your current company - This was a common question amongst all interviewers. No technical questions, no exercise, no metrics.
