My Interview experience with Talview was awesome.

Initial Interview - HR Telephone Call:
We discussed about opportunities and company. They asked about my past experience and knowledge about Android.
1st Round - Hackerrank DSA and Problem Solving Test. Question was very relevant to understand the candidate skills about DS l, Problem Solving and Algorithms.
2nd Round - DS and Problem Solving, We discussed about the hackerrank Test and 2 more DSA Questions. They asked few core Android and Java questions as well.
3rd Round - Architecture, We discussed about Low level code design and high level system design questions related to Android platform and in general as well.
Interviewer was smart enough to ask questions based on previous product I worked on and understand my ability to design and architect next generation android apps. He asked about the knowledge source for learning design and architecture. We discussed about the people management and project management in general to understand the Agile culture at Talview and 10x developer.
4th Round - Management/Executive, We started our discussion by introducing each other and moved forward to discuss about my past experiences, role and responsibilities. He started evaluation towards tech, culture fit and understanding about my motivation towards working at fast pace startup company and passion towards technology, mentorship, going beyond and above.
5th Round - HR Discussion, They asked about my interview experience and extended their offer matching my expectations.
