Fairly simple straight forward process by today's standard. Quick convo with HR, 30 min conversation with the hiring manager, 1 hour interview with hiring manager + their superior. Conversation rather than interrogation style interview, enjoyed that. Didn't get the job and didn't really agree with the reason, but that has more to do with my particular experience.
