The interview process took two months between three rounds of interviews, Communication with Talogy was difficult as everything occurred via email and there were weeks of silence between sections. The first interview was a recruiter phone screening. Second with two senior members of the team, The third/final interview was after a five-day work sample (unpaid) that was provided a day late and an hour-and-a-half long presentation/final interview about the work sample with six talogy members all on mute with their cameras off. The decision was made to not hire and re-post the job position less than a day after the presentation was over. Sad to see after spending two months working toward the position and being an active communicator.
