Only made it to the first round of phone interviews. Apparently there's a second phone interview and then an in-person panel interview. I got rejected because I "didn't have enough experience," however I met the experience requirements on the listing and they should've caught that when my resume came through their end. Clearly they're not telling me something, incredibly rude.
