Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en TalentPop
Entrevista
I recently interviewed with TalentPop, and I have to admit, I went into it with an open mind. They were quick to schedule the interview and seemed professional on the surface, so I was cautiously optimistic.
However, the actual experience left me feeling pretty disheartened. For a company that stresses the importance of “strong communication skills,” the interview process felt strangely disconnected from the reality of my resume and experiences. I expected meaningful questions that would dig into my qualifications, but instead, the conversation felt surface-level and generic.
Then came the real kicker: the pay. $3-4 per hour. Yes, you read that right. It’s baffling to me how they can expect highly skilled, experienced professionals to take on the responsibilities they outlined for compensation that low. I actually laughed when I first hear the rate, but it’s no joke—they were dead serious.
What’s frustrating is that the message they’re sending is loud and clear: they don’t value the very expertise they’re asking for. It’s a shame because I truly enjoy working with companies that prioritize excellence, collaboration, and results. Unfortunately, TalentPop doesn’t seem to fit that mold.
Was asked to record an intiatial interview with 4 questions. It was ok.. waiting for feedback. The basically asked questions on my CV and the tools I used. You need to do alot of research on the company aswell as the tools such as Zendesk and slack as these are the tools the use
The Initial Interview was professional and only asked for the basics, like introduction and past experiences. The Final interview was terrible. The interviewer will ask you questions, but that is only to take notes before actually starting the recorded Interview, asking the same questions reading from a script. It feels like talking to a robot that always forgets to unmute before talking.
