A thorough, but very well organised interview process with speedy feedback after each round and a genuine desire to get to know the interviewee rather than just asking standardised interview questions. Kayleigh, the Talent Acquisition Partner, did a brilliant job of keeping me updated after each interview round and was generally a great person to have guide me through the process. As a candidate I also really appreciated that there was a peer-to-peer interview, as this is a great way to get a good insight into the day-to-day of the role you're applying for. Although I wasn't offered the role in the end, I left with a really positive feeling about the company as a whole and with a lot of respect for all the tails.com team members I met along the way.
