All he did was look through my work with me. No personal questions. Not even a hello. I believe he opened with "Where's your stuff?" He got excited about a short film I made and chose me out of 200 applicants, however their was no effort put in to make me feel welcome or relaxed during the process. I heard from another coworker that they record the interviews, which I don't know whether that to be true or not. My camera was off during the whole interview and he didn't even say anything about, until he told me to turn it on at the end, which after he quickly ended the call. When I arrived at the job, I found that he took a picture of my face during that video interview and used it for my profile on my computer. I was a bit creeped out.
