Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Taco Bell (Wichita, KS) en feb 2011
Entrevista
There wasn't much of an interview process. They only asked if you were willing to come to work on time or if you are convicted of any prior felonies. It's more of a "if you know someone you have the job" What more do you expect from a fast food joint? If you're a breathing human being youll get this job, but who knows in this job market.
You get called into the restaurant and they ask you questions, they ask about experience, working with others and availability, they ask you job specific questions it's like most other companies in fast food
I was offered the job on the spot, but third shift wasn't optimal for me so I ended up declining the position. Friendly manager that was direct about their staffing challenges
The interview process was structured and easy to follow, which helped reduce any stress going in. They were transparent about each step, communicated clearly, and stayed on schedule. Overall, it was a smooth, professional, and positive experience that left a strong impression.
