Apply online. Got called by the end of the day I applied to interview at 3pm that day and got hired on the spot. Only asked about my experience and availability and if the training store location was too far from where I live. I liked the training store more than my home store and miss the training team a lot.

I was set up rather quickly for an interview through the AI process. However, The area coach I was supposed to be interviewing with never showed up. The GM was nice and sat down and talked with me for a moment and explained that she had been caught up in some emergency, However, he promised me she would reach out to me---she never did. Seemed really unprofessional.

It was pretty standard. The offer they gave me, I declined as it was nowhere near as competitive as other establishments for the same scope of work. There was 3 parts to the interview, and the offer made to me did not match the listing from the online job board.
