It took less than 5 minutes and I started the next day. This was ten years ago and I could probably land it again. I still eat burritos too much and sometimes my stomach hurts thanks to my taco bell habits.

I was asked to whiteboard several ideas for how the location could grow over the next 10-15 years, as well as mock up several food items that were not on the menu. These items I would go on to see several days later on the menu as the hot new thing, and I believe they are implementing my renovations ideas.
