The application process took four months and included a preliminary assessment and two interviews. The interviews were conducted by the CEO. Tablespoon is a small company and with the CEO having to wear multiple hats, it was understandable the process was somewhat slow. I was ultimately not chosen, but the CEO sent me a personalized email explaining the reasoning to move forward with another candidate.
