I got an email requesting an in person interview for what I thought was a project engineer position because that's what I applied for. There wasn't even a phone screen (red flag 1). I go in and it felt like an interigation, where I didn't even get the opportunity to ask questions at the end. They surprisingly called me in for a second interview where i find out I was interviewing for a pre construction position I didn't apply for! I wasted 2 days off work for this! Totally amateur and unprofessional. I would have declined an offer.
