Online application was followed by a phone call and invitation for an in person interview. The interview was very casual and friendly. We mostly discussed the company's projects and positions available.

The most important questions were why I wanted to work at TWD? And which roles I would be interested in moving into the company in the future.
Very streamlined and professional. Approached by recruiter, 1st interview with 1 manager and 1 engineer, 2nd interview with commercial manager. Appropriately focused on the role and enthusiastic about future developments.

I applied via their website.
Got a call from HR 3 weeks later inviting me for an interview next week.
Face-to-face interview in TWD's office with two team lead employees.
Less than a week later got a response.
