The interview was chaotic and disrespectful. Scheduling was disorganized, interviewers were unprofessional and late, and instructions were unclear. Feedback was inconsistent and delayed, stretching the process over three months. Overall, it felt like they did not value candidates' time or effort.

Ultimately, it seemed that the organization did not appreciate the time and effort of the candidates. I would recommend to job seeker refrain from attending the interview, do not waste your time.
