Firstly send CV and if they like that you are asked to do a online test.
If you pass this, they invite you to do a video interview, which I found daunting and difficult as you only have 1 minute to answer each question, but you are able to keep re recording until you are happy with it. Just be really pleasant and smiley on this!
I waited about 3 weeks to hear whether I was through to the Assessment Day, which I was and I am now waiting to attend.

Really nice and friendly experience! Actually one of the nicest interviewing processes to be honest - definitely felt heard and welcomed. The interviewers were lovely and came across very human and it was a relaxed environment.
