Entrevista
First off you would be measured and then you would sit around and wait. You’d get a presentation into what the company is like and pay etc. Then you’d do a group exercise put into teams to solve a problem each given to the groups. After this if you were successful you’d then be split up to the people that stayed or went home. If you stayed you went on to do a role play scenario, I had to deal with an angry passenger who wasn’t happy with the seat they was given. At the end a 2-1 interview with two of the TUI crew.

Give me an example where you gave excellent customer service
Really nice and friendly experience! Actually one of the nicest interviewing processes to be honest - definitely felt heard and welcomed. The interviewers were lovely and came across very human and it was a relaxed environment.
