I was called for an open interview in a different store alongside some other people. Managers from different stores came in and had a quick chat with us to let us know that today was an informal interview. From there we did a group activity where we had to prioritise which tasks on paper that needed to be all done by the end of the day. We then had to explain why we chose which activities took top priority. After this we were split into two different groups, where one group did a maths test and the other had a chat with the managers so that they could get to know you better. I must point out that the maths test is not a normal maths test, it's more questions which involve exchange rates and percentages but you will be given a calculator to do this. We were given 15 mins to do 6 questions. After the maths test you have an informal chat with the managers. They also stated that there would be another interview after this which would be a FORMAL interview. Then after this, it would be a taster day at one of their stores.

Completed an online assessment, followed by a phone interview and an in person interview with a presentation. The presentation task was to talk about one place you’ve been to and somewhere you’d love to go. There wasn’t any other information on the presentation given to me.
