More of a QnA session rather than an interview. Most of the time it was the interviewer explaining on the job details. Except from the self introduction, I was the one asking questions about the role and responsibilities I was applying for.
I was asked inappropriate questions about my family, and overall, it was a quite unpleasant interview experience. The maximum salary offer was only 7,000 RMB, and they told me that this was the highest possible pay in the region. They even said if I wasn’t satisfied, I should leave the city.

Asking on engineering mindsets and past experiences, positiveness and self-initiative. Interviewer was evaluating personality over technical questions, overall was smooth & straightforward questions, some scenario & if questions to test on your problem solving ability
