I made sure to highlight my relevant achievements and how they align with the company's needs. I was engaged and enthusiastic throughout the conversation, which seemed to resonate with the interviewer. I also asked insightful questions about the team and company culture, which helped me better understand the role.

The recruitment head from the US called and asked if I was open to exploring a position at their Philippine office. I responded positively. She then set up several phone and face to face interviews with the head of the department as well as one of the vice presidents.
