The interview is a Zoom meeting with about 30 other people. A few videos are played that don't really tell you anything about the job or company. We were split into groups of five ish people and a person asked questions from a script and we took turns answering. The interviewers couldn't really answer questions about the job or even what we would be doing. It was a strange experience but not stressful or anything.

Ttec sometimes have one on one interviews but most of them are group interviews. The process is simple and you are asked one to two questions. You also have to fill out a form with a few questions as well.

Easiest interview ever. Usually in a group setting, they explain the position and ask if everyone is fine with it. Then usually an offer letter would be sent within 1-2 days.
